Also remember like people seem to forget about is the more filtration you have the less oil is actually gonna go through the filter media itself and more likely to bypass the filter and then backwashing your filter into your major components of your engine so the higher dollar better filtration oil filters are actually not very good for your vehicle just stick with OEM and you'll be fine

The lawyer said he didn’t want to take this case but wanted justice for the family. What he means is, I didn’t want to take the case but realised I could earn loads out of this as it will drag on for a long time.

America's laws are fucked, and how is this not on the shop's insurance, other tech, or workman's comp?

Im not a lawyer, but there is NO WAY the liability falls back on the owner when someone else is driving your car and causes an accident. This was the drivers fault and the shops fault for the accident.

The owner should counter sue for legal damages and malicious prosecution.

Rislone... used it on a Hyundai Tiburon that had terrible Lifter noise. Similar to the engine in this video. After 1 to 3 days it was quieter.... a week later it sounds like it never had an issue.

That was on the shop not on the car owner. The car was in the shops care the liability is on them. Their garage liability insurance should have covered that. Not exactly a reputable shop. If I were the car owner I would sue the shop for my legal expenses.

This should be the shop’s fault. They hired a ‘mechanic’ who doesn’t know manual transmission safety? Then that worker is NOT qualified to work on this vehicle. Shop’s carry insurance for this type of incident.

If people had common sense these days it's obvious who is at fault. The person that put the car on the lift should be the one taking I off the lift. Only 1 person should touch a car from start to finish. The owner of the shop is the other person. He should know everything about his employee's capabilities. Thoughts are with the family and friends of the deceased

First of all, what kind of a "mechanic" doesn't know how a manual transmission works??!! Secondly, since this dumbass had to push in the clutch to start the car, and then he takes his foot off the clutch while it's in gear and the car lurches forward and kills someone, how is that the car owner's fault? If you take your vehicle to a shop to have it serviced, the people that are doing the servicing should, at the very least, know how to operate your vehicle and do it safely. The dumba$$ "mechanic" that caused the death is the one that should be sued, certainly not the car owner.
